Refund Policy

At JustUPay, we strive to provide the best services to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer refunds as per the following policy:

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only for failed transactions due to technical issues on our end.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Non-Refundable Services

Successful transactions are not eligible for refunds.
Any fees paid for premium services or subscription-based services are non-refundable.
