When a user requests account deletion, their account will be permanently deactivated and access to all JustUPay services will be removed.

However, certain information such as transaction history, KYC records, audit logs, and basic profile details may be retained on our servers as required to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, taxation, fraud-prevention, and security obligations.

We currently do not provide an option to delete only part of the data. For example, users cannot request deletion of transaction history while keeping the account active.

Account Deletion Process

To request account deletion, users must contact us using the details provided below. All requests are verified to ensure account security and prevent unauthorized deletion.

Once verification is successfully completed, the account deletion process will be initiated. Account deletion requests will be completed within 7 working days.
